R&R Party Paradise Photo Booth Hire Terms and Conditions

A deposit is due upon booking to secure your reservation ($200 for the Spinorama 360, $100 for the Vintage Photo Booth)
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
Last minute bookings (7 days prior to event date) will require a full payment.
If payment is not received an email or text will be sent out to remind you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event will be non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received on time. (Deposit will not be refunded)

You must ensure the venue has sufficient space, electrical outlets, and proper access for our setup.
Please let the venue know that we will need 2 chairs and allow 3m x 3m size space for the booth.
Our team will arrive an hour before the event to set up and will require 30 minutes after the event for breakdown.
You must ensure we have timely access to the event venue for setup and breakdown, and that our equipment can be safely operated.

You retain ownership of any photos or videos captured during your event. We grant you a license to use, share, and distribute the content for personal or commercial purposes. However, we may use your media for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise.
Media content will be delivered to you through a secure online link or other agreed-upon methods. You are responsible for downloading and storing your media.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from all individuals in the media before sharing or distributing it.

We will provide the Photo booth and services in a professional manner. We ensure all equipment is in good working order and will have a trained technician on-site to assist throughout the event.

R&R Party Paradise will not be liable for failing to provide services due to unforeseen events beyond our control such as natural disasters, power failure, pandemics, government actions, war, or other events that make it impossible to fulfill the agreement.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that is acting in a way that is disruptive, dangerous, or abusive due to intoxication or use of drugs. Any guest engaging in aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior will be asked to leave Our Photo booths, and our team reserves the right to remove them from the service entirely.
You are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests, or the venue. In case of damage or loss, you agree to pay the repair or replacement costs.
